Rides R Us 14-Day Returns Policy (Online & Phone Orders)

At Rides R Us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online or phone order. If you change your mind or are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return under UK consumer law.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Certain items, such as personalised products, and perishable goods, are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at ridesrusuk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for returning the item.
  3. You must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or incorrect.

Exemptions & Important Notes

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a free return or replacement.
  • Motorcycles & Large Items: Special return arrangements may apply to motorcycles or larger items purchased online or over the phone. Please contact us for more information.
  • Deductions for Use: If the item has been used or shows signs of wear, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
